01 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "KingsPH," "we," "us," or "our" refers to the KingsPH online gaming platform, accessible at kingsph.net, and its operators.
• "Player," "you," or "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the KingsPH platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the registered player account created by you on the KingsPH platform.
• "Platform" means the KingsPH website, mobile application, and all associated services, games, and features.
• "Real Money Balance" means funds deposited by you into your KingsPH account using real currency (Philippine Peso / ₱).
• "Bonus Balance" means promotional credits, free spins, or other incentive funds credited to your account by KingsPH.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be wagered before it becomes eligible for withdrawal.

02 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the KingsPH platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or participating in any game or promotion, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the KingsPH platform and close your account. Continued use of the platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms.

03 Eligibility

To register and use the KingsPH platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, as required under Philippine law for participation in casino-style online gaming.
• You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, automated systems, and bots are not permitted to hold player accounts.
• You must be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, whether imposed by KingsPH or any regulatory authority.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of an employee or contractor of KingsPH or any of its affiliated game providers.

KingsPH reserves the right to request documentary proof of age, identity, and address at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending verification.

04 Account Registration

Each player may hold only one registered account on the KingsPH platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You must promptly update your account information if any details change. KingsPH is not liable for any loss or inconvenience arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

• You must provide a valid email address that you own and control.
• You must create a strong, unique password and keep it confidential at all times.
• You must not share your account credentials with any third party.
• You are fully responsible for all activity conducted through your account, whether or not authorized by you.
• You must notify KingsPH immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

KingsPH reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide a reason.

05 Deposits & Withdrawals

KingsPH accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Philippine Peso (₱) through the following supported payment channels: GCash, PayMaya, BDO, BPI, and Metrobank. Supported payment methods may be updated from time to time at KingsPH's discretion.

Deposits: All deposits are credited to your Real Money Balance promptly upon confirmation from the payment provider. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the point of transaction. KingsPH does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible. KingsPH aims to process approved withdrawal requests within one (1) to three (3) business days. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

• Only funds that have satisfied all applicable wagering requirements are eligible for withdrawal.
• KingsPH reserves the right to conduct identity and source-of-funds verification before processing any withdrawal.
• Withdrawal requests may be declined or delayed if your account is under investigation for suspected fraud, bonus abuse, or breach of these Terms.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed in the cashier section of your account.

06 Bonuses & Promotions

KingsPH offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer, in addition to the general bonus terms set out in this section.

• Wagering Requirements: Unless otherwise stated, all bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be clearly stated in the promotion terms.
• Validity Period: Bonuses must be used within the validity period specified in the promotion terms. Unused bonus funds will expire automatically at the end of the validity period.
• Game Contributions: Different games may contribute different percentages toward wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%, while table games and live casino titles may contribute a lower percentage. Specific contribution rates are published in the promotion terms.
• Maximum Bet: While a bonus is active, a maximum bet limit per spin or round may apply. Bets exceeding this limit may result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• One Bonus at a Time: Players may only hold one active bonus at a time unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms.

KingsPH reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. Any attempt to exploit, abuse, or manipulate bonus offers — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated play, or any other method — will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all bonus-related winnings.

07 Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the KingsPH platform are operated using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of live casino games, through regulated live dealer studios. Game outcomes are determined independently of any player action or platform intervention.

Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages represent theoretical long-term averages and do not guarantee specific outcomes for any individual session or wager. Past results have no bearing on future outcomes.

• Players must comply with the specific rules of each game as displayed within the game interface.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round, the affected round will be voided and any wager placed will be returned to the player's account.
• KingsPH reserves the right to void any game result that is determined to have been affected by a software error, data corruption, or any other technical fault.
• Jackpot wins are subject to verification before payment. KingsPH reserves the right to withhold jackpot payments pending verification of the win and the player's account status.

The decision of KingsPH on all matters relating to game outcomes, technical faults, and disputes is final, subject to any applicable regulatory review process.

08 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the KingsPH platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities where appropriate:

• Registering more than one account, or registering on behalf of another person without their knowledge and consent.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the platform or its games.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities for financial gain. Any such exploitation must be reported to KingsPH immediately.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated play designed to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using the platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any part of the KingsPH platform or its games.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing KingsPH staff or other players through any communication channel.

09 Intellectual Property

All content on the KingsPH platform — including but not limited to software, game assets, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, audio, and video — is the exclusive property of KingsPH or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any platform content without prior written consent from KingsPH.
• Use any KingsPH trademark, logo, or brand asset in any manner without prior written authorisation.
• Create derivative works based on any platform content.
• Use platform content for any commercial purpose whatsoever.

Any unauthorised use of KingsPH intellectual property may result in legal action. All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved by KingsPH.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, KingsPH and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or profits resulting from technical malfunctions, connectivity issues, or platform downtime.
• Losses arising from your failure to comply with these Terms.
• Losses arising from unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the platform or any game.

KingsPH's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit KingsPH's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, to the extent such limitation is prohibited by law.

11 Responsible Gaming

KingsPH is committed to promoting responsible gaming and player wellbeing. 12 Account Suspension & Termination

KingsPH reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• Failure to complete identity or age verification within a reasonable period.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from your payment provider.
• Suspected bonus abuse or exploitation.
• At the request of a regulatory authority or law enforcement agency.

Upon account closure, any Real Money Balance remaining in your account (after deduction of any amounts subject to investigation or dispute) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any required verification. Bonus balances and associated winnings are not returnable upon account closure for breach of these Terms.

You may close your account at any time by contacting KingsPH customer support. Account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days.

13 Privacy

KingsPH collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

KingsPH will not sell your personal data to third parties. Your data may be shared with regulated third-party service providers — including payment processors, identity verification providers, and game suppliers — solely to the extent necessary to operate the platform and comply with legal obligations.

14 Amendments to These Terms

KingsPH reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via email or through a prominent notice on the platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, where practicable.

Your continued use of the KingsPH platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 12.

The most current version of these Terms will always be available on this page, together with the effective date of the current version.

15 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the KingsPH platform, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Nothing in this section shall prevent KingsPH from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or confidential information.
